The Uis tin project consists of three project areas in the Erongo region of Namibia, all with historical production. Metallum supplied and fabricated over 300 tons of structural steel and platework for this project. This is a pegmatite-hosted tin deposit, one of the largest open castable deposits of its kind. Metallum was instrumental in the execution and support for this large scale mining undertaking.
